Randy Lee Foster

Randy Lee Foster, 75, of Cameron, MO passed away peacefully on Monday, July 14, 2025 at the Kansas City VA Hospital. Randy was born September 29, 1949 in Pittsfield, Illinois to James and Bessie Foster. He was a Navy veteran, serving two tours of duty during Vietnam. Randy enjoyed a career in automotive repair until throat cancer forced him to retire.

Randy was preceded in death by his wife Sondra. He is survived by his children, son Randy Foster of Springfield, MO, daughter Karla Gatchell of Houston, TX, step-daughters Beth Blackburn and Becki McGregor of Kansas City, MO, step-son Jim Jones of Omaha, NE, grandchildren Katelyn, Kylie, Destiny, Alyssa, Dylan, Nathan, Logan, Landon, Levi and Addi, as well as five great-grandchildren.

Randy was a quiet man with a big heart. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He will be missed dearly.
