Cecilia Arelene Weber
May 28, 1954 — February 5, 2026
Cecilia "Cecil" Arelene Weber, 71, passed peacefully on Thursday, February 5, 2026 after a long illness. She was born May 28, 1954 to Charles and Earlean (Seitter) Romines. She was the 5th of 10 children born to that union.
Cecil is preceded in death by both parents, her sister Pam Romines and brothers Thomas Romines, Stephen Romines and Gerald Romines.
She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Bill Weber; siblings Bernadine Arnold, Michael Romines, Mary Fowler, Joseph (Jill) Romines, Robert (Kristi) Romines, sister-in-law Lisa Stroph and brother-in-law Jim Weber. She also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:00 am at Valor-Brown Funeral Services in Grain Valley, Missouri.
